Abbott defends product liability allegations that infant's injuries arose from consumption of Abbott product in Tennessee hospital

Jones Day represented Abbott Laboratories in a case filed in 2003 on behalf of Hayden Vaughn, a brain-injured infant, alleging that Abbott and the hospital are liable for injuries to the infant arising from her alleged consumption of an Abbott product while in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Erlanger Hospital.
