Marta Delgado Echevarría Recognized as "Shining Star" in W@Competition survey

Marta Delgado Echevarría, a partner in Jones Day's Antitrust & Competition Law Practice, was recognized as one of W@Competition's "Shining Stars" in its Five Star Professionals survey on the Iberian Region. The "Shining Star" awards recognize women competition lawyers in Spain and Portugal who stand out based on their notable work over the past five years.

Ms. Delgado Echevarría, who serves as Partner-in-Charge of Jones Day's Madrid Office, has extensive experience in antitrust and intellectual property law. For 25 years, she has advised foreign and domestic clients in a wide range of industries on all aspects of antitrust law, including antitrust international arbitration, M&A, cartels, abuse of dominant position, distribution arrangements, licensing, State aid, and unfair competition. Ms. Delgado Echevarría also represents clients in matters regarding copyright, trademark, and patent rights, as well as in plant variety rights. She is a member of the Academic Council and Board of Professors of the Master's in European Union Law at University Carlos III of Madrid.
