Mr. Mann has a diverse background that combines legal practice with hands-on business leadership and investment experience. He has served as executive vice president and general counsel of the Louisiana-Pacific Corporation, and prior to that he was president and chief executive officer of Axiall Corporation. He joined Axiall after a six-year tenure at Jones Day, where he was a partner in the M&A Practice, based in Atlanta and Pittsburgh. Prior to his first stint at Jones Day, Mr. Mann was the founder and CEO of a business services company that completed more than 10 acquisitions and a successful IPO, served as the interim general counsel for two multibillion-dollar public manufacturing companies, and was a general partner in an Atlanta and Zurich-based venture capital fund.
