Locke McMurray of Jones Day's Financial Markets Practice will participate in a panel titled "Enforcement Trends, Litigation, Insolvency and Resolution Authority: Safe Harbors; Orderly Liquidation" at PLI's "Advanced Swaps & Other Derivatives 2022" program on Wednesday, October 19.
