Jones Day's Karen Hewitt recognized on list of Top Women Lawyers in California

Karen P. Hewitt, a partner in Jones Day's Business & Tort Litigation Practice and Partner-in-Charge of the Firm's California Region, was named to the Daily Journal's annual list of "Top Women Lawyers in California."

Ms. Hewitt leads a team of nearly 265 lawyers who represent major companies in California, nationally, and internationally on their most complex issues and disputes relating to civil litigation, white collar matters, and investigations. Before joining Jones Day in 2010, she served with the U.S. Department of Justice for 18 years and served as the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of California from 2007-2010.
