Roman Darmer, of counsel in the Firm's Securities Litigation & SEC Enforcement Practice, will provide a presentation on "Current Developments in SEC Enforcement" at PLI's 37th Midyear SEC Reporting & FASB Forum on June 16 in San Francisco.
