Jones Day ranked #1 in BTI Client Service A-Team report for sixth consecutive year
The global law firm Jones Day is ranked #1 in The BTI Consulting Group's 2022 Client Service A-Team report. This is the sixth consecutive year that the Firm ranked #1 in this survey, which is based on independent research, and the 14th time since BTI has been publishing its results.
The 2022 report notes that Jones Day is one of only a few firms to " … navigate wild changes in client expectations, economics, and world events over a span of more than 2 decades …" and goes on to emphasize its " … institutional ability to read and anticipate clients' ever-changing needs …". Comments from clients about Jones Day in the report include:

The 2022 report assesses how clients rank and compare 281 law firms in the critical area of client service, measuring 17 different client service activities. The ranking and comparison of these firms is the product of BTI's more than 350 in-depth interviews of legal decision makers at the world's leading organizations, representing more than 15 industry segments. The interviews were conducted between January 2021 and January 2022. Legal decision makers interviewed included general counsel/chief legal officers, direct reports to general counsel, and other legal decision makers from organizations with $700 million or more in annual revenue.
Securing the #1 ranking 14 times is an accomplishment unmatched by any other law firm. This BTI report has ranked Jones Day #1 or #2 in client service for 20 of the 21 years BTI has conducted and published the survey results, and the Firm has never been ranked outside the top five (also unmatched achievements).
