Jones Day International Legal Fellowship commences for 2022
Jones Day announces the commencement of its Jones Day International Legal Fellowship for the 2022 academic year. This marks the 21st consecutive year that Jones Day will award scholarships to students to encourage the study of law in China.
The 2022 Fellowship awards will be given to law students from universities in China. Each winner will receive ¥30,000. Jones Day grants these Fellowships in the hope that each recipient will use the money to support their education and experience in whichever legal area they choose to pursue.
The Jones Day International Legal Fellowship was borne out of the Firm's dedication to legal development in China. Since 2001, Jones Day has awarded a total of 239 Fellowships and over ¥4 million of scholarships to law students in China.
HOW TO APPLY
Applicants can download the application forms from the links below.
Completed applications should be sent to Jones Day's offices in Beijing or Shanghai no later than April 20, 2022. More information can be found at this link:
The competition is open to all graduate students attending universities in China. It is also open to undergraduate students in their third year or above attending universities in China. Previous Jones Day International Legal Fellowship winners are not eligible for consideration.
