
Jennifer Kane joins Jones Day's Business & Tort Litigation Practice in Atlanta
The global law firm Jones Day announced that Jennifer Kane has joined the Firm as of counsel in its Business & Tort Litigation Practice, based in the Atlanta Office.
Ms. Kane represents companies in the consumer products, medical device, pharmaceutical, and automotive sectors in high-risk matters in federal and state venues nationwide. She has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, from discovery through mediation and trial, and is also skilled in litigation management, acting as a national coordinating attorney for large consumer products clients.
Ms. Kane joins a global team of Jones Day litigators who represent major companies and organizations in multidistrict litigation, coordinated state proceedings, product liability cases, class actions, and other "bet the company" business disputes.

Ms. Kane has served on trial teams in dozens of high-stakes commercial disputes and was a key member of the team that was recognized for earning one of the National Law Journal's "Top Defense Verdicts."

Ms. Kane earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida and her law degree from Georgia State University.
