In addition, Mr. Cantor guided long-time client Hard Rock International in connection with the formation of Hard Rock Digital, which expands Hard Rock International's digital and land-based sports betting and interactive gaming business, and serves as the exclusive vehicle for Hard Rock International and Seminole Gaming's interactive gaming and sports betting business globally.  He has also represented several online gaming operators in connection with market access agreements with multiple land-based gaming operators, which granted online gaming operators the ability to offer mobile sports betting and online casino games in numerous U.S. jurisdictions.
