Aaron Agenbroad recognized by Daily Journal as "Top Labor & Employment Lawyer" for second consecutive year

Partner Aaron Agenbroad has been named for a second consecutive year to the Daily Journal's list of "Top Labor & Employment Lawyers," a list that recognizes California lawyers who have made significant contributions in labor and employment law.

Mr. Agenbroad focuses his practice on employment litigation and strategic labor advice. In addition to serving as Partner-in-Charge of Jones Day's San Francisco Office, Mr. Agenbroad remains a go-to lead lawyer for clients, guiding them through their most significant challenges across both employment litigation and traditional labor matters. Examples of his recent client successes include: serving as lead negotiator for a California hospital in collective bargaining negotiations with the California Nurses Association over an initial contract; resolving a series of class action cases for a major retailer that had alleged myriad wage and hour violations; advising a web and app-based company on legal challenges regarding independent contractor status and other related issues involving its business model; reaching a resolution for a food safety company in dozens of employment arbitrations alleging misclassification and other wage and hour violations after trying multiple cases to decision; and serving as principal outside counsel for a publishing company and its subsidiary publications regarding a range of traditional labor issues.
