Women in IP: Litigating Global Patent Enforcement and Invalidity Proceedings

This program will feature perspectives from experienced patent practitioners in the United States, Australia, and Europe. Our partners will discuss the requirements, advantages, and limitations of the different enforcement proceedings in the different jurisdictions, as well as ways in which to exploit non-U.S. proceedings for U.S. litigation such as dawn raids, Section 1782 actions, and opposition proceedings.
