12:00 - 1:00 p.m.
Please join the lawyers of Jones Day for an overview of the elements of enforceable electronic signatures and records, including the principal federal and model state laws, as well as a discussion of the practical issues associated with the implementation and use of these technologies.
This webinar will discuss the elements of enforceability and admissibility of electronic signatures and records, along with practical considerations and best practices for the effective use of these technologies. The program will cover these considerations not only in the context of general contract matters, but also in the context of SEC reporting and broker-dealer arrangements.
