Washingtonian magazine named five Jones Day partners to its 2020 Top Lawyers list, which features Washington's top legal talent, in 17 practice areas, as voted by area lawyers.

Scott Levine advises on the tax aspects of corporate transactions, including cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs and other divestitures, restructurings, financings, and joint ventures. He is an adjunct professor of law at the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. and the International Tax Center at Leiden University in the Netherlands.

As a former federal prosecutor, Hank Walther often handles sensitive U.S. and multijurisdiction matters that could seriously impact a company's health and reputation.
