Ms. Caseldine has conducted internal investigations, developed litigation strategies, defended clients in court, and provided counseling to minimize future litigation risk. A member of more than two dozen trial teams in high-profile jury cases tried to verdict, highlighted by several defense verdicts and awards of nominal damages, her recent client engagements include defending a major consumer products company, most recently as second chair trial counsel, in dozens of personal injury and wrongful death jury trials across Florida state and federal courts; representing a leading manufacturer of female pelvic health products in multidistrict litigation alleging post-implant injuries; assisting a Fortune Global 500 medical care provider in investigating critical incidents and adverse events; defending one of the nation’s largest tax service providers in class action litigation alleging fraudulent misrepresentation and deceptive trade practices; and counseling clients in the aviation and energy industries in various commercial contracts disputes.

"Katrina's experience defending clients in complex litigation across a number of industries makes her a valuable addition to our office," said Al LaFiandra, Partner-in-Charge of Jones Day’s Atlanta Office. "Bringing talented lawyers like her to Jones Day makes it clear that the Firm remains dedicated to providing our clients access to the industry's premier talent, and I enthusiastically welcome her to Atlanta."
