"She brings depth and broad experience to what is already an exceptionally talented global team, and I am looking forward to working with her."

Ms. Caseldine has conducted internal investigations, developed litigation strategies, defended clients in court, and provided counseling to minimize future litigation risk. A member of more than two dozen trial teams in high-profile jury cases tried to verdict, highlighted by several defense verdicts and awards of nominal damages, her recent client engagements include defending a major consumer products company, most recently as second chair trial counsel, in dozens of personal injury and wrongful death jury trials across Florida state and federal courts; representing a leading manufacturer of female pelvic health products in multidistrict litigation alleging post-implant injuries; assisting a Fortune Global 500 medical care provider in investigating critical incidents and adverse events; defending one of the nation’s largest tax service providers in class action litigation alleging fraudulent misrepresentation and deceptive trade practices; and counseling clients in the aviation and energy industries in various commercial contracts disputes.

"Katrina's experience defending clients in complex litigation across a number of industries makes her a valuable addition to our office," said Al LaFiandra, Partner-in-Charge of Jones Day’s Atlanta Office.
