Jones Day's Harold Gordon admitted to American College of Trial Lawyers

Washington – Harold K. Gordon, a partner in Jones Day’s Business & Tort Litigation Practice and based in the Firm’s New York Office, has been inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, one of the premier legal associations in North America.

Harold Gordon has more than 25 years of experience successfully defending clients in multiple federal and state court jury trials, including groundbreaking trials in New York and other jurisdictions. He also has defended clients in SEC, state attorney general and internal board committee investigations, and enforcement proceedings and in high-stakes financial services and securities litigation matters. In 2014, Harold was selected as Courtroom View Network’s first "Defense Attorney of the Year" for being undefeated during the year in three critical jury trials. Harold is a former SEC Enforcement attorney and has served as an adjunct professor at New York’s Cardozo School of Law, where he has taught both pre-trial practice and trial advocacy.
