Jones Day Dallas Hosts Diversity Q&A with Toyota In-House Counsel

Jones Day Dallas Hosted a Diversity Question and Answer session with Ellen Farrell, from the legal department within Toyota. The event included a fruitful discussion about the state of diversity in the legal profession, Toyota’s internal diversity initiatives, why Toyota cares about the diversity of its outside legal service providers, and implicit bias training that Toyota recently required some of its outside law firms do.
