The recently enacted Tax Cuts and Jobs Act represents the most significant U.S. federal tax reform legislation in the last 30 years. It will have a significant impact on just about every type of business or investment entity and its transactions, including corporations, so-called pass-through entities, international IP ownership strategies, private equity / venture capital transactions, real estate ventures, and mergers and acquisitions, among others. Please join us on February 8 for a discussion of this important legislation. The two-hour presentation will include technical analysis as well as a discussion of the practical impact on existing and future transactions.
