Jones Day double winner in 2017 Bonds & Loans Latin America Deals of the Year awards
Jones Day has won deal of the year in two categories at the latest Bonds & Loans Deals of the Year awards, organized by GFC Media Group.
The Firm was awarded Transport Finance Deal of the Year for its work representing Autopistas del Sol, S.A in its Rule 144A and Regulation S offering of $300 million-worth of senior secured notes, and secured the Structured Bond Deal of the Year award for its advice to the Mexico City Airport Trust on Mexican law matters to execute an initial two tranche 10 and 30 year Rule 144A and Regulation S bond offering for $2 billion.
Bonds & Loans Deals of the Year 2017 distinguishes 17 outstanding deals from across Latin American capital markets. This recognition of industry excellence is determined by Bonds & Loans editors based on a selection process involving examination of case studies and feedback from market participants. The winners are then selected through an online vote.
