Jones Day names new partner in Chicago
The global law firm Jones Day today announced that Joanne S. Wallace, a lawyer in the Firm's Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Practice, has been named to the Firm's partnership, effective January 1, 2018.
Ms. Wallace’s practice covers a wide variety of employee benefits and executive compensation matters, including advising clients on the employee benefits aspects of corporate acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, and joint ventures and counseling clients on day-to-day general employee benefits and executive compensation issues. She has extensive experience drafting and negotiating employment, separation, and change-of-control agreements and equity and other incentive compensation arrangements. Ms. Wallace earned her law degree from Northwestern University and her undergraduate degree from Cornell University.
