Viola Zheng focuses her practice on cross-border M&A, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters. She has experience representing foreign companies in acquiring equity from PRC companies. She has assisted foreign investors in setting up wholly owned foreign enterprises and joint ventures in China. Viola also advises multinational companies on equity incentive plan issues.

Viola is a member of the New York State Bar Association. Prior to joining Jones Day she worked in the Shanghai office of a leading PRC law firm.
