Maggie Yiin advises public and private companies on domestic and international M&A transactions, securities offerings, internal corporate restructurings, technology licensing, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) compliance, periodic reporting and disclosure requirements, and other general corporate matters. In addition, she counsels venture capital funds, private equity firms, and other strategic investors in various equity financings and investments.
