Sean Yi's practice involves complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts and arbitrations. He has experience in class action securities fraud actions, contractual disputes, bankruptcy matters, government investigations, and financial products litigation. He is involved in cases dealing with blockchain, cryptocurrencies, residential mortgage-backed securities, interest rate swaps, and IBOR manipulation matters. He also has worked in insurance recovery matters for policyholders in disputes involving professional liability, commercial general liability, directors and officers liability, and catastrophic property loss.
Sean is also actively involved in pro bono immigration matters. He has assisted clients in filing petitions for Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, asylum, and Family Unity Benefits.
