Melissa Yrastorza-Daghman focuses her practice on international arbitration and cross-border disputes. She has also advised clients on international public law issues.
Melissa is currently involved in representations of foreign clients against claims brought under the Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA) and the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act (FSIA).
