Ilana Yoffe represents employers in a variety of labor and employment matters. She has significant experience defending against claims brought under the National Labor Relations Act, as well as against employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims. Throughout her career, she has litigated some of the largest, high-profile proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, as well as individual and multiplaintiff disputes in state and federal courts.
Ilana also maintains a robust pro bono practice. She has worked with organizations including Her Justice to represent victims of abuse and represented left-behind parents in international child abduction cases.
