Jenny Wong is a patent litigator who acts for clients in complex patent infringement and revocation matters. She has acted for multinational life sciences and technology companies in multijurisdictional patent disputes in the Federal Court of Australia. Her patent experience includes matters relating to human vaccines, small molecules, biosimilar monoclonal antibodies, and solar cell technology.
Jenny also advises clients on issues relating to freedom to operate and pricing and reimbursement of prescription pharmaceutical products in Australia.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Jenny worked in patent litigation at a major Australian law firm. Earlier in her career she was a post-doctoral research fellow at various research institutions, where her research focused on disease mechanisms and assessing gene expression changes in atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease, schizophrenia, and Alzheimer's disease.
