Ryan Wham focuses his practice on complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts and in cross-border arbitration. He has served as lead counsel in several cases in federal court and is experienced in motions practice and written discovery. Ryan's experience includes litigating post-acquisition contract disputes and oil and gas operating agreements. Recently, he has helped clients navigate issues surrounding contract interpretation in the context of COVID-19. He has also assisted clients with investigations relating to white collar criminal matters, securities trading, and trade secrets theft. Ryan's practice spans a variety of sectors, including energy, construction, and private equity.
Ryan also maintains an active pro bono practice. He represents women and children seeking asylum status in immigration court proceedings.
