Eugen Wehrwein has worked in the field of intellectual property since 2005 and represents medium-sized companies as well as global corporations in various industries. As a German and European patent attorney, Eugen focuses on obtaining, prosecuting, and defending patents, utility models, and designs as well as on preventing infringement of these intellectual property rights. He also supports companies in making strategic decisions, especially when launching new products.
Eugen has represented clients in the fields of physics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and software technology, particularly in the areas of medical technology, optical systems, optical imaging systems, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM), computer-implemented inventions, automotive, material science, semiconductor technology, and wireless telecommunication technology.
