Nico Wallace practices in the areas of capital markets, banking and finance, and general corporate law.

Nico has experience representing a variety of issuers and financial institutions, including multinational corporations, middle market companies, emerging growth companies, venture-stage companies, private equity firms, and investment banks, in transactions across many industries, including consumer products, life sciences, health care, energy, and financial services.

Nico also represents Latin American clients in pro bono immigration matters. He is a member of the Jones Day LGBTQ+ Affinity Group and the Black Lawyers Group.
