Michael Watkins advises clients on private and public transactions, debt and equity financing, fund formation, and corporate governance matters.

Prior to attending law school, Michael served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. He currently serves as president of the board of directors for Regina Caeli Academy, a national hybrid homeschooling network. He is also a board member for the Michigan Chapter of the Patrons of the Arts in the Vatican Museums, a nonprofit dedicated to the preservation and perpetuation of the art collection contained in the Vatican Museums.
