Lieke Westland advises and assists on the full range of employment law issues. She has experience in labor and employment issues related to mergers and acquisitions, including works council matters, individual and collective dismissals, changing terms of employment, transfer of employees, and individual dismissals of managing directors.
Lieke regularly writes and publishes on Dutch employment law matters. Prior to joining Jones Day in 2022, she served internships with Dutch and international law firms in Amsterdam. During her studies, she worked as a researcher and legal assistant at a research institution affiliated with the University of Amsterdam.
