Jenny Whalen-Ball practices primarily in the area of private equity, with a focus on the representation of private equity firms and investment funds. She has experience in acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and other strategic transactions across a number of industries, including health care, manufacturing, technology, and transportation. Jenny's experience also includes counseling closely held corporations and nonprofit organizations on general corporate matters and on technology transactions, intellectual property licensing arrangements, and other related matters.

Prior to starting her legal career, Jenny served as an editor for an online news organization and worked in higher education communications, where she focused on social media marketing.

Jenny is a member of the Detroit Symphony Orchestra's NextGen Committee.
