Jamie Ward represents clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts. Jamie has diverse litigation experience including briefing and motions practice, offensive and defensive discovery, taking and defending depositions, and the evaluation, development, and preparation of fact and expert witnesses.
Jamie's recent experience includes representing Experian, one of the three national credit reporting agencies in the United States, in consumer litigation under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. Her practice also includes False Claims Act qui tam litigation and professional negligence litigation on behalf of one of the country's leading diagnostic laboratories.
Jamie maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing habeas petitioners in federal district and appellate courts and representing refugees seeking asylum both in immigration court and before the Board of Immigration Appeals. She also serves as a member of the Chicago Public Library Foundation's Associate Board.
