Bryan Wu's practice focuses on M&A and general corporate matters. He has experience working in China, which he gained while interning in the Firm's Shanghai Office assisting in contract reviews and other corporate transactions.

Bryan is a member of the Taipei Bar Association and has passed the Taiwan CPA exam. He also has experience assisting public and private companies in domestic and cross-border M&A, going-private transactions, foreign investments, and antitrust matters.
