Alexandra Wolter's practice focuses on complex health care litigation in state and federal courts, including state coordinated actions and federal multidistrict litigation. Alexandra's experience includes pretrial preparation, motions practice, extensive joint defense coordination, and multimillion document discovery efforts. Alexandra's current representations include defending a national pharmacy in nationwide litigation relating to opioid dispensing and distribution practices.
Alexandra also has experience in regulatory and compliance matters involving the health care industry, with an emphasis on state and local regulations affecting the workplace.
Alexandra is active in pro bono matters related to asylum and constitutional policing.
