Dan Villalba assists clients with chapter 11 proceedings, including prepetition matters, adversary proceedings, and reorganization plans.

Dan also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients seeking asylum in the United States and clients seeking redress for the deprivation of their civil liberties.

In law school, Dan was a member of Georgetown Law's Juvenile Justice Clinic & Initiative where he represented adolescents in the District of the Columbia in delinquency cases involving felony offenses.
