Dr. Magda Vasiadi's practice includes the preparation and prosecution of domestic and foreign patent applications in the fields of biotechnology, biochemistry, cell and molecular biology, microbiology, oncology, pharmaceuticals, and immunology. She also has experience in intellectual property due diligence and freedom to operate opinion work.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Magda was a patent agent at two major international firms. Prior to entering the legal profession, she earned two doctorate degrees, where her graduate research focused on the molecular mechanisms of inflammatory diseases.
Magda is the author or coauthor of more than 25 scientific publications.
