Juan Pablo Vazquez's practice focuses on labor and employment matters. He advises employers and companies on preventive measures to take in order to avoid litigation and to reduce the risks and contingencies that may arise in such proceedings. He also advises on the multiple facets related to corporate restructurings, mergers, public and private acquisitions, assignment of stocks or assets, dissolutions, and liquidations.

Juan Pablo has supported clients in successfully achieving their goals and objectives in many corporate transactions involving internal investigations and employee misconduct, standardization of benefits, change in employment conditions, and resolution of conflicts. He regularly counsels on employee benefits, design of share sale promise plans, amendments to employment agreements and related processes, profit-sharing strategies, negotiations of noncompetition and confidentiality agreements, and nondisclosure agreements. He also guides clients on the negotiation, implementation, and termination of individual employment contracts and collective bargaining agreements.
