Jaap van den Broek focuses his practice on corporate law, advising on cross-border M&A, private equity, commercial contracts, stakeholder strategic (legal) matters, and divestitures. He represents U.S. and European multinationals as well as large and mid-size Dutch corporates and investors.

Jaap also has experience with corporate governance issues and the formation and restructuring of business entities. In this regard he has advised a regulated Dutch health care service provider and was involved in the negotiation of a complex restructuring of a business line of a Fortune 500 client. In addition, he has been involved in various International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) proceedings.

Jaap also spent six months in-house at Total S.A.'s office in Paris, France.
