Daniella Vespoli represents clients in significant corporate and commercial transactions while striving to advance their ultimate business goals. Her practice focuses on the representation of public and private companies in domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions; corporate governance-related matters; and other corporate and commercial matters. Daniella advises clients in the health care, retail, insurance, manufacturing, utility, mining, and metals industries.
Representative matters include: Cardinal Health's acquisition of Curaspan Health Group, RightCare Solutions, and substantially all of the assets of Navidea Biopharmaceuticals; The Riverside Company’s sale of BeneSys and merger of Montage with Shaker International; L Brands' (Victoria's Secret and Bath & Body Works) international expansion and strategic relationships; Owens Corning's acquisition of Pittsburg Corning; Ohio Transmission Corporation's acquisition of Filter and Coating Technology, Tape Industrial Sales, Midway Industrial Supply, PK Controls, and substantially all of the assets of Pumps, Parts and Service, Inc. and Tri-Power MPT; and Patrón Spirits' worldwide distribution network for premium tequilas and other beverages. Daniella also has experience working in the treasury and cash management department at a major utility company.
Daniella is an active member of the Diversity, Inclusion & Advancement Committee for Jones Day's Columbus Office and maintains an active pro bono practice, including advising nonprofit corporations on a range of corporate and commercial matters.
