Fabian Uebele's practice primarily focuses on antitrust, competition, and State aid law matters, both at the national and international levels. He advises major national and international companies in their proceedings with the European Commission and the National Competition Authorities of EU Member States.

Recent assignments have involved a wide variety of industrial sectors, including pharmaceuticals, steel, postal, automotive, energy, and fashion retail.

Fabian worked at an international law firm and in the legal department at a DAX (German stock index) company during his clerkship. Prior to joining Jones Day, he was a research associate for the competition law program at the University of Mannheim, and he continues to serve as a lecturer for competition law at the university. Fabian regularly publishes articles in law journals on German competition issues.
