Abigail Urquhart's practice focuses on complex business litigation and white collar criminal defense. Her practice covers a wide range of areas, including domestic and international contract disputes, class actions, business torts, fraud, health care fraud, accounting malpractice, and other commercial matters. She has experience in various aspects of litigation, including managing discovery for multimillion document collections, factual investigation, motions practice, and appeals.
Abigail has also handled internal corporate investigations and represented individuals and organizations facing criminal and civil investigations, criminal prosecution, and enforcement actions. She also has experience in international disputes, including litigation throughout Asia.
Abigail maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented clients seeking asylum and worked with Public Counsel and the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles successfully representing victims of domestic violence.
