Xuan Hong also advises companies on periodic reporting responsibilities, disclosure obligations and other compliance issues, and ESG (environmental, social, and governance) matters, with a special focus on climate change.

Xuan Hong has represented clients in a wide range of industries, including water technology, renewable energy, chemicals, health care, real estate, and banking. Xuan Hong's recent representations include Eastman Chemical's $800 million sale of its rubber additives product lines and Medifast's $125 million revolving credit facility.

Xuan Hong maintains an active pro bono docket that includes asylum appeal, veteran benefits appeal, and police reform advocacy.
