Whitney Thompson focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts. She has experience in numerous aspects of litigation, including overseeing fact investigation, drafting discovery requests and responsive pleadings, and deposition preparation. She also has experience in the Firm's global construction practice, representing clients in large construction disputes. Whitney maintains an active pro bono practice, representing asylum seekers under the Firm's Border Project and survivors of human trafficking and participating in the Firm's Constitutional Policing Initiative.
Whitney currently serves as the northeast regional director of the National Womxn of Color Collective. She also studied international law at Shanghai Jiao Tong University in Shanghai, China.
