Jackie Triggs Ostrogorsky's practice focuses on domestic and international transactions, primarily in the energy industry, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions, and commercial agreements. Jackie also represents companies before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) in administrative litigation. She has experience counseling energy industry participants on compliance with FERC regulations and advising them on regulatory issues in connection with project development, M&A, and state regulatory compliance.
Jackie also maintains an active and diverse pro bono practice that includes providing advice to nonprofit organizations relating to governance and formation.
