Carly Thelen represents large corporations and financial institutions in commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. Her experience includes fact and witness preparation and drafting motions, briefs, and discovery responses.
Carly also maintains an active pro bono practice that includes handling a detainee's Section 1983 civil rights case and criminal expungements.
