Eli Temkin advocates for clients on critical motions and appeals in complex litigation. He represents and counsels clients in a variety of industries and matters, including structured finance litigation, contract disputes, business torts, and constitutional challenges. Eli's experience includes briefing matters before the United States Supreme Court, as well as federal and state trial and appellate courts.
Eli maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing on appellate representation of parties and amici. He also served on a team that won asylum on behalf of a client from Honduras.
