Carlos Tiny assists domestic and international clients on French labor and employment issues.

He assists and represents French and international companies in day to day labor and employment matters including collective bargaining and labor relationships, individual working relationships, dismissal proceedings on personal or economic grounds, collective redundancies, relationships with local authorities and administrations, compliance and codes of conduct policies, as well as health and safety matters.

He also represents clients in individual and collective litigation before French civil and administrative courts and has experience in the employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2022, Carlos worked at several international law firms in Paris and in the human resources department of Safran, a French multinational company that manufactures aircraft engines aerospace equipment.
