Brian Trujillo represents corporate clients in complex commercial litigation matters. He also has experience in global antitrust class action disputes, multidistrict litigations, and federal appeals.

During law school, Brian was a member of Northwestern's United States Supreme Court Clinic where he worked on cases pending before the U.S. Supreme Court by drafting petitions for writ of certiorari, merit briefs, reply briefs, and amicus briefs.

Brian is a member of the Christian Legal Society.


The following represents experience acquired prior to joining Jones Day.

Represented a Social Security disability insurance benefits applicant in a pro bono appeal opposite the Commissioner of Social Security who was represented by the Department of Justice (DOJ). The United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, agreeing that the Administrative Law Judge committed legal error, reversed and remanded the Administrative Law Judge's finding that the applicant was not entitled to benefits.
