Ben Thomson represents debtors, their lenders, and other parties in complex restructuring situations. He has represented parties in distressed acquisitions, chapter 11 cases, and out-of-court restructurings. He also has experience advising organizations facing mass tort liability.
Ben maintains an active pro bono practice and works on immigration and matrimonial matters through Her Justice and with individuals seeking asylum in the United States.
